A comprehensive hub connecting to fun places and events with many
links to a variety of travel and vacation information. VacationMapUSA
can be used for locating beach resorts, golf resorts, ski areas,
dude ranches, hotels, rental cars, and just about anything you
may need to prepare for your trip or vacation.
Our Goals:
- Keep it simple.
- Point & Click. We try to eliminate keyboard entry as
much as possible.
- Make the site feel non-commercial. But, we do have paid listings.
- Comprehensive, but not overwhelming.
Our History:
We watched the Internet expand and improve for several years and
we waited to see when the major players would introduce "Point
& Click" locator systems. After a few years of waiting,
we decided to do it ourselves. Actually, we had created a point
& click directory for architects way back in 1997 and it is
still clicking along very nicely. Now we are providing a site
with a much broader range of information, and we have plans for
expansion.
